Hope you all can help this project has turned into a huge pain in the rear. Im trying to program Westcom (including clive and urbandale) into my BCT8 via the free software that it came with my problem is that i have no idea how to program the HEX and DEC. On the Database on here it has regular freqs in a 000.00000 format and that i understand but then they have HEX and DEC. On my software it gives me the option to program the freq(000.00000) then i.d.s in a 00-000 format.
Thank you for your help.

Do you have to enter what type of system your wanting to program? Like Motorola Type 1 or Motorola Type II?

ya i do the layout is in three separate fields the first on has frequency, description, trunk y/n, delay y/n, and priority y/n, the second field has ids and description. The last field has system type ( motorola 2, uhf, vhf and 800MHz) then S-Bit on or off CC only mode (on/off) and base frequency, space frequency, and offset ch. I hope i explained that enough. Also if there is an easier software to use that i can download for free im willing to try that too. thanks for your help.
