Is Westerville PW on a local trunked system in Columbus? I have been monitoring them on MARCS 57338 and 57340 for some time, but it seems like they are patched into that system from somewhere else. I can't seem to find any information on it.

If I had to guess, they're using a P25 conventional channel patched to MARCS
