What does this mean in the data base when it says Multi-Dispatch in the Tag Column?

Someone might have used the wrong tag for this frequency. Multi-Dispatch means that the frequency or talkgroup is used for more than one purpose. For instance, in this case it would mean that it is used for both police and fire dispatching. However, this would not be the case if it's only used for SWAT ops?
