What am I doing wrong??

I have a BC246T scanner using ARC 246 software.

I have been trying to trunked system with no luck.

Here's what I've done so far.

Hooked up the scanner to the computer and all that is fine.
I click on "Internet" at the top of ARC 246 and log into the Radio Reference site.
I select "Hampden" for my county
Click on "Mass State Police/Motorola"
I get a list of all the sites in that grouping and I select the ones I'm interested in.
Just near the bottom I have "Use Agency/County Name" selected
I hit the import button and everything gets onto the scanner.
From then nothing happens in that I can't hear anything on any of the selected agencies.

Can anyone give me some help on where I'm missing something of things?

Is the System turned on in the scanner? Check to see if a Quick Key is assigned and use that to turn it on.

If there is no Quick Key then you need to scroll thru the Systems and find it then unlock it (or just press the Scan button when viewing it).

Also, is the system digital? If so then the 246 won't work on it anyway.

This system has rebanded. Make sure your scanner has the firmware update below to support rebanding.

Also try entering only one site, the closest one to you.
