What is 126.875?

I always hear Minneapolis Center 133.7 say: "Contact Chicago Center on 126.87". I haven't found any databases that say anything about this frequency. I know it's southeast of Minneapolis/St.Paul but that's all I know. Can anyone help??

Badger sector should be aware of airspace that has been assigned to the military, that will affect Badger High's traffic.
