What is the method of selling scanners on here?

I have a Pay Pal Account but have no idea how too get paid and guarantee the buyer that he gets wants to buy.

The "Classifieds" section is only a posting area of what people want to sell or what they want to buy. You provide information on how a prospective buyer or seller is to contact you. The communication, agreement, and payment are between the seller and the buyer separate and offline from Radio Reference. Hope this helps you.
