first there is a +over a - and a e with a little hat over it looks like a pacman with a hat. to the left of the screen and a ri on the right of the screen..anyone know what this means ?? cant find any reference to it in the book. the radio is working okay , better than my 996T. Scans faster and audio is better. I dont want to change anything cause its really picking up marcs fantastic . Just wondering what those symbols mean

Something is corrupted in it. What software did you use to program it?

You might try programming it again. If it remains then check your programming file for some oddball data.

Isn't the 'ri' part of 'pri' for priority? Tom

It appears to be a Pro-106 and that you may have no scan lists enabled. The p in pri seems to be washed out by the camera glare. Also did you actually look over the file to be sure it's got the scan lists activated? You can activate them manually, too.

Do a initialization of the radio and reload the info from the software. It should clear it up.

Thanks for the replies fellas , Priority is not enabled I downloaded from the scanner , reset the scanner to factory defaults then re uploaded and still the same . Crazy thing, I have 7 lists enabled when it hits on a freq, the enabled list number will come on . only when its scanning will it do this. Again its scanning great . Picking up everything, this has a really hot receive. Next thing I'm going to do is reprogram a new list of freqs, do a reset to factory defaults and start completely over. Oh yea, when it hits on a freq everything looks normal freq, and alpha tads come up normal. Merry Christmas all !!
