So I got all of my LE, Fire and Sate Agencies all going well. Got the basic understanding of programming etc. What else should I start listening in on? Military/Aircraft would be an interest, but I dont know and Freq or what I could hear in south Scott County. Any ideas?

You probably wont hear much military in scott county. And as far as aircraft go you'll only likely be able to hear the planes and not ATC.

the Federal protective Service 407.000 NAC $201 repeater is very strong... you probably could get it out there. You also might have luck with some of the TSA frequencies. Civil Air Patrol is around...

162.0500-166.4875 MHz - repeater inputs
166.5000-169.5000 MHz - simplex
169.5125-173.9875 MHz - repeater outputs

406.1125-410.9875 MHz - repeater outputs
411.0000-415.1000 MHz - simplex
415.1125-419.9875 MHz - repeater inputs
