I'm looking for a good template for win97. I live inbetween Roseville and Sacramento right off of Highway 80 near truckscales. I am mainly looking for police and fire but not transit.

Between Sac Regional Radio Communications System and Roseville Trunked System, that's a whole lotta listening.


For Sac Regional, make sure you have Site 002 programmed as your primary monitoring.
The fire department in that area is handled by Sac Regional Fire, that area is handled under FIRE A

Make sure you have CHP Gold Programmed from their Valley Division

Also add in there,
CLERS LawNet 155.0700 CTCSS 110.9

The I-80 truck scales area (between Greenback and county Line) is covered by Roseville PD/Fire, Citrus Heights PD, Sac Sheriff District 1, Sac Sheriff District 2 and Sac Regional Fire A.... All of those entities are on Trunked radio systems

bank 2 - USFS & parks
bank 3 - CHP (statewide)
bank 4 - Sacramento TRS (both sites) & local media
bank 5 - Roseville TRS
bank 6 - conventional law enforcement (includes Rocklin, Lincoln, etc)
bank 7 - conventional law enforcement (includes DEA, state police(chp), etc)
bank 8 - Marine, MURS, FRS, some amateur freqs
bank 9 - Aviation freqs

I'm probably listening to more than most people would care to. It does include the freq listed by Antfreq and plenty more like it. You can certainly take my file and delete what you don't want to listen to and/or add your own.
