TBH, that battery might be a bit newer than 1992. If my failing memory recalls correctly, they didn't start the 10yrs thing until some time after 2000. If that battery was a US unit, after 1996 it would have had a powercheck tester on the side, and those were either 5 or 6 years (earliest pics from the release had 2002 dates on them). I don't know if the silly meter ever made it across the ocean, but I think that battery you have there isn't that old...sure would be cool if it was! Shoot their PR people a message on the internets, might get some interesting feedback.
