New DSD+ FL user. I'm slowly stumbling into solutions, but I have a lot of questions.
1. I downloaded the state freq file, put the state I wanted into the DSD+ folder and edited the FMPA.cfg file (I'm using airspy mini) so it says: ./UT.csv
but it does not seem like the file is being referenced (I'm not even sure that is the right path syntax) - and I admit I'm not really sure what it is supposed to do.
2. The audio waveform window never opens when I open 1R.bat and FMPA-CC.bat. Is there something wrong with my config?
3. When using Monitor Source Audio if No Sync and Signal present, I still get a lot of squelch breaks when there is no data. Is there a way to set a threshold for this to only open when there is decoded voice?

1. try pasting it in the DSDPlus folder and use UT.csv in the Primary Frequency List path

2. There is a batch file option to show the various windows.
-_<num> minimize windows at startup. This number is bitmapped depending which window(s) you want hidden.

3. Use choice 0, Never Monitor for digital traffic that DSDPlus is decoding. That option relates to raw audio or more commonly used to hear analog traffic.

1) It just lets FMPA know (and display) what licensed transmitters are in your area. You have to properly set your location in FMPA.cfg.

2) You can enable/disable various windows via the DSD+ "Window" menu.
