Ive done some work on this throughout CM.

Brandon Communications @ Garfield, Waite Park - data heard, no voice
Brandon Communications @ Coldspring, Glenwood - data and voice heard

Granite Electronics @ Avon, St. Cloud - data heard, no voice
Granite Electronics @ Baxter, Fort Ripley, Monticello - See this thread Granite Electronics

Mobile Radio Engineering @ Monticello - I did not directly monitor this system/site, but it does need some updating. Of the two frequencies in the db, one is no longer licensed to MRE, but is licensed to and used by Granite Electronics Cap+ system @ Monticello

One other thing to note, these systems may still be used but are using different frequencies and channel numbers. I found that to be the case in the above systems. Using the db as a reference alone will not work - you will have to peruse all frequencies licensed to each entity to confirm usage

Mobile Radio Engineering Minneapolis 1 is still on the air and active.
The remaining 2 Channels From ANCOM Arden Hills 1 are still on the air.
Target T551 was in the air last I checked during the summer.

I will have to give CenterPoint Energy a listen. I have to imagine an organization like that might be due to go to something digital in the not to distant future.

Update: It appears as if their FCC licenses are either Canceled or Expired.

I have not been able to get anything on Centerpoint in my area in the past year.
MRE Minneapolis is active on many talkgroups today, and heard at least 1 talkgroup on Action Radio St. Paul.

What is your best guess on CenterPoint Energy? Certainly they must have two way radio? Although, maybe the cost of simply using cellular has replaced them. Their area is large enough that they need something.

I have sometimes wondered if utility companies would/could/should share two way radio systems. If XCel's area of radio coverage covered all of CenterPoint Energy's area of responsibility, why not share a radio system?

This one has me stumped. I haven’t found any new licenses or articles about them getting a new system. I am wondering if they have switched to mostly computers and possibly PTTOC versus traditional LMR. I too have wondered about a shared Utility Radio Systrm. Xcel and Great River Energy both have very large complex two way systems that seem like they could definitely support subscribers.

If I get really bored during the whole blizzard/pandemic/quarantine, maybe, just maybe, I will look back through some of the older Corporate Responsibility Reports. I could sort of see something like a radio system change making a report like that if it were a talking point on how it would save money for the organization.

On a related note, Southern Linc, which might not be very well known around the Midwest, actually started when the power utility company built a radio network for themselves. I think the whole concept of renting out airtime to others was more or less an after thought. So, that is a big part of why I think some of these utilities could share radio networks for similar services.

Thank you for the update. I have to imagine that some of these LTR systems are approaching end of life.
