If you feel the freqs listed in the database are wrong, contact the feed provider and ask him or her what freqs they are streaming and compare to what's listed in the database. Also know that there will be a delay between live broadcasts vs whats heard over the web.

Which system are you trying to monitor?
The county's system?
or
the statewide system?

Why do you think the frequencies are wrong? Are you hearing something different than what is carried on the feed? Or are you missing calls or getting garbled audio? If it's 'garbled' or 'missing' on the county's system, then it probably may be due to simulcast.

For the Sedgwick County system, the transmit site is simulcast. Simulcast can be a problem. How big an issue depends on your location, & what scanner you are using. Unfortunately, the WS1065 does not handle simulcast very well. More information on Simulcast issues can be found in the Wiki: Simulcast digital distortion - The RadioReference Wiki
Here's a map for the county's simulcast site. The linked article will give you a better description of why this causes problems for many scanners other than Uniden's SDS100 and SDS200.

Clarify which system, and exactly what the problem is.

But how did the frequencies get into your scanner? Did you manually enter them using the keypad or did you use programming software to download them from radio reference and transfer them into the scanner? If you entered them manually, did you follow the steps in the manual for programming a trunk radio system?

The WS-1065 is the least expensive digital base scanner on the market. That scanner was first produced by a company that went out of business years ago and it was designed for radio systems that predate the digital simulcast system that is used in your county. As noted above, the results on a simulcast system may be poor.

I have no idea who provided frequencies because I got them from radio reference

You said you can hear the stuff on your laptop (using broadcastify), right? And not on the scanner, right?
I suggested you contact the person running the feed to see if they can tell you what freqs they are streaming.

Which feed are you listening to on your laptop?

Welcome to the forums. Have a read about what simulcast distortion is. It is known to plague most scanners, especially Whistlers & is perhaps the most discussed tech issue here on the forums. There are a number of workarounds mentioned in the linked wiki but they work in few cases. If I were you I'd trade the Whistler in for a Uniden SDS100 (handheld) or SDS200 (base) if this is a system you intend on monitoring regularly. Otherwise stick with Broadcastify.
