Who has tracked the 001-0505 380mhz system?

The information must've come from somewhere. I want to know where it was heard in order to track it down.

Same for the 001-0808 system too. I think I've tracked that one before but I didn't put a location in my notes.

Figured this one out today. It's the Joint National Capital Region site at NSWC Dahlgren, VA.
Signal maxed out on Rt 301 at the bridge.

No activity on it though.
