Booger Hill Road and Brewer Phillips Road is the junction for that site. Booger hill runs off of GA 29 over to GA 106 off Moons Grove Church Road.
the best view i could get of the entrance gate sign is this: i can just barely make out the words "Site" "Remote" Control"
I wonder if its a defunct/deactivated site, since its not showing up on ASR?
Here is the exact location:

which is the elephant in the room - who or what is this tower tied to and is it still going.I did the FCC search and that particular location did not come up. There was one tower 1.4 miles away and one 0.8 miles away that came up with information but again, nothing came up for those coordinates. From the look of the tower, it does look like some sort of Microwave Point to Point system.
do you know if they still run it ?I logged that tower as having Verizon Wireless equipment on it back in 2019.
Looking at Cellmapper dot net, the most recent report of this tower being active is dated 1-7-2024.do you know if they still run it ?
