Can someone tell me why my completely valid thread detailing my issue with the Broadcastify platform was removed? I’ve got open support tickets with no updates and received no communication from Broadcastify and the problem has yet to be resolved…. What’s going on? Why the lack of transparency?

How about a little communication… seems easier than taking time to delete a thread that will help alert others to an issue and avoid more support tickets being entered…
