Win500 & Steaming?

I just recently found out that I can stream my Pro-106's audio with Win500. Curently I am streaming it from one computer in my house to another. Both computer are connected to the same router. I was wondering, is it possible to stream the same way, but with computers being on two completely different networks and ISP's. I would like to stream the audio to a computer that is over three hours away. Would all I need is the brodcasting computers IP address and would it work fine just streaming like I am now. Or would it not work being on a different network.

I think that will depend on the network setting at the other end. In your house you are inside the same network. I would not be able to do this to a computer where I work due to network settings.
