Win97 and Programming PL Tone

Currently using Win97 to program 2 Pro 2055's but when data is transferred to scanner it doesn't program the PL Tone even though I enter the information into Win97. Any ideas or suggestions to fix this would be very helpful since now I need to program it directly from the scanner or search for it and then store it.

Just to be clear... under "Rx Mode", are you changing "FM" to "CT" (or "DC" for digital PL) in Win97?
