Win97 programming help

Hello everyone, here's my problem.
When uploading .97 files to scanner, they load perfectly.
However, all other banks somehow get over-written.
For example if bank0 is loaded with say county system and I want to load metro to bank1.
Metro will load perfectly to bank1, but county will no longer be in bank0(all ch's 000.00).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

WinXX software writes the whole file at once to the scanner, not just one bank.
Each time you upload a file, it's the entire file.

thanks W5JSS, dawned me on what I was doing wrong as soon as I read your reply.
I was creating individual files for each system, should have been assigning each system to it's own bank within the same file. I'm cooking with gas now!
