Win97 Tutorial?

I was wondering if anyone has found any tutorials for using Win97 and getting the freq files from the RRR database? I am a new bee and this is very confusing to me.

All I know of is the Help file in Win97.

Actually any of Don's software doesn't require much in the way of instruction. It does require that you understand your scanner. Don's software really just mimics the way the scanner is laid out (programming wise) so if you understand how to program the scanner, the software is a breeze. You can use the software and your owner's manual to understand the scanner concepts however.
