Winamp

Hi all, I am exploring with Winamp but have not been able to get anywhere. What I have is I’m running DSD Plus Fastlane on my laptop. I am trying to get Winamp to take the audio but I’m lost on how I go about that. I might be looking in the wrong place, I thaught if I had Winamp I could gain access to the scanner feed audio from my other computer. Anybody have anything similar that could help

Winamp hasn't been updated in a longtime, but you can still find v5.8 that's been around since 2018. You'll need a way (software) to take the audio from DSDPlus FL and convert it into a stream going to an Icecast server if you're expecting a network solution that can be opened
in Winamp or other media player over your home network.

I've been doing this very thing for several years and typically run OP25, Liquidsoap, and Icecast2 on the Raspberry Pi platform for my private and public P25 feeds. SDRTrunk is another choice that has built-in streaming that is also capable of connecting to an Icecast server as well. However, it it's your desire to use DSDPlus then I would use a Virtual Audio cable to loop the audio into RadioFeed and then the output of RadioFeed to
and Icecast server.
