I see through a recent search through the threads that Frederick and Clarke Counties are slowing progressing towards digital comm systems. In the meantime, I see that the City of Winchester doesn't seem to have its own assigned PD frequencies in the database, like their counterparts in the FD. Does the City of Winchester PD operate off of the county PD repeater? If so, what are their unit numbers.

Thanks.

Clarke is much farther along than we are. Winchester PD has their own repeater system with the primary channel of 159.210. Most of WPD's unit numbers are two digit whereas the county is three, the exception being Middletown and Stephens City PD's. We will be an analog system for quite awhile and if and when we go digital it won't be a trunked system that I can guarantee.

If you're referring to the 855mhz frequency, that is simply FC Public Schools.
