Winchester - tree down

we were close to Amherst Ave. in Winchester when we heard there was a tree down a little after 5PM tonight. had the camera so I took a few pictures.

Yes, it certainly does have a Chi-town flavor to it. A number of departments in the Old Dominion have adopted the black-over-red paint scheme. Hamilton (Loudoun County), Potomac Hills (Stafford), Conicville (Shenandoah), Kerrs Creek (Rockingham), and South End are just a few of them. Petersburg's new KME aerial even has an all-black ladder on it.
