I already have a micro-pc running windows10, using two RTL-SDR's and SDRTrunk for trunked systems. What would be the best way to implement an AirBand scanner on this PC?

Build another system like it you may not have enough PC but I only use mini PC's for PROSCAN and ANYDESK to Remote Locations.
What about a BC125AT with Scan125 Control Program. Scan125 Control Program
Or
BC75XLT / SR30C with Scan75. Scan75 Control Program
Both programs offer full PC desktop control of these scanners complete with Memory Programming, Logging, Audio Recording, etc.
The programs are Free with no function restrictions or timeouts. They are also Charity/Care Ware so if you like them all I would ask is that you consider making a small (or large

I bought a BC75XLT for Railroad and Airband. Would have been great to use my dual SDR pc for those items.

No Scan 125. I have been using Butel ARC-XT.With or without Scan125 ?
Ah ha. So using ARC-XT on a different scanner then.
