Just happened to catch Wiscom WEM-TAC1 TG8403. Not sure whats going on. Using callsigns Blue van, Sandlot, Bike rack, Caravan. Seems all using ht's. Asking others what their favorite colors are, are the trees budding? What kind of cars do they drive. Telling jokes. WEM 8430 came on.. Not sure if training??? Just curious... Nice day to be outside??
