Wish-tv Hd

This really might not be the correct place for this post, but I can't find an answer to it anywhere. I just moved to Clinton County, and I can get all of the Indy Channels (WRTV,WTHR,WISH,WXIN, WFYI, and the crappy other ones) in both Analog and HD over the air (except for the ones not transmitting yet) but I can't get WISH-TV which transmits there HD signal on Channel 9. I was wondering if it's just down or I need to tweak my antenna even more than I have already.

Tob Weber who is an engineer for channel 8 and 18 posts about his station/reception/equipment as well.
