WMC to LAS

I am going down to the Vegas Bike Fest this week.

Route is Winnemucca to Battle Mountain on I-80, then south on 305 to Austin, south on 376 to Tonopah and then south on 95 to LAS....

I used that Google KMZ file from another thread, and see that there are not to many NV state system towers between here and LAS....

So, I plan on placing all of the RR listings for each county, and NHP conventional channels in before leaving.

Anyone have any good aircraft freqs from the test ranges, or anything else worth programing in for my trip?

The trip back will be 93 to 375 to 6 to 376 to 305 to I-80.....Have to stop in Rachel, since I have never been....

NHP has conventional down there but unfortunately I only have conventional frequencies for NHP along the I-80 corridor because that's all i travel.

Be careful no gas in Rachel now.Fill up before you get out there.

Nothing to note of excitement going or comming.....I did notice that the Esmerelda freqs had a lot of static....So much so, I eventually locked them out.

Did not go back through Rachel.....Came back the way I went.

Route 376 is really a beautiful ride at night! I never seen the big dipper so big before.....!
