Worng/Mislocated Tower ID 6-015

I was at this location 47.198081,-94.624997 - Google Maps.

With some research and I located FCC Callsign WQLI519

With no antenna an ATT on. Pro69Com showing a decode receive rate 100% 40 out of 40. Pro60Com was showing it as tower 615 along with my radio. The Grant Log is also showing many transmissions of the CWID but no call sign sent. This location is no where near Gatzke, either 615 is mislabeled on the MN SRB ARMER Status Map or the tower is not programed correctly.

The SRB ARMER Status Map is correct. The info I got is that they are using the 615 tower nomenclature for the 504 tower site. The 504 site which is in Zone 5 does not have connectivity in place yet. They have connectivity from Zone 6 to the 504 site however, so they are using (Zone 6) 615 nomenclature because that site is still in the construction phase and will not be done until 2012. When they get connectivity from Zone 5 to the 504 site in 2011 they will then remove the 615 nomenclature.
Clear as mud I know.
