Wx On Pro-97

Anyone Know how to setup the NWS NOAA Emergency alert tones on the pro 97 so that when there is a flash flood or thunderstorm warning the scanner will automatically display info and tune to the tucson/oro valley wx ch/?

The problem is with the radio in the SAME Alert Mode it can't be used for anything else.
