Thunderstorms... YAY

Not for some time...

I'm ready for thunderstorms and the smell of dirt from working a field.

Holy Hailstorm, Batman!!!!

The picture of that super-cell is amazing. Never seen one with that much detail or that close up! Thanks for posting it.

I sure miss tornado season in Nebraska. Here in Phoenix, we don't get anything like that. We have 2 seasons here. Hot and Hotter! Except I must say that this winter has been a lot colder. Heck, we even had snow in the city proper a few weeks ago.

I do wish that someone in the Norfolk area would stream either the storm spotters or
WXL-77 when the really bad storms start. I can view the radar and listen to US92 out here, but hearing the action live would really be great. Would almost like being back home.

Well, you guys, brave the cold for a little while longer. Spring is just around the corner.

What is WXL-77?

Are the Norfolk spotters talkative? I've never even tried to listen to them, are they hams or do they use an actual CD freq?

No problem about the pic.

Did you notice the tractor in the first one has a dual band? That's so he can run his dual astro gear with encryption back to the house and know when lunch is ready. haha
