Hi there,
I am encountering a issue after programming a XM-100F mobile radio with a CH-100 head. Here is the current details of the situation;
The personality was originally built in a XL-200P format and works perfectly on a XL-200P. However, when you change the programming format to a 'Unity XG-100 Mobile/ CH 100', and program the radio through the micro-USB port on the CH, the screen goes very dark, like almost if it is in surveillance mode. You can cup your hands and make out what is on the screen and crank up the contrast and brightness manually on the touch screen but it is still not bright enough for my users to see. So far we have either narrowed it down to either something in the 'Options' section that is causing it to do it or the RPM2 version I am using may have a bug. I have contacted PSPC_TAC about it and they have yet to come up with a solution as to what it can be.
Has anyone else have had this issue? If so, what was the resolution?
RPM SW= R15A0245
CH-100 FW= R06P01
XM-100F FW= R06P01
