Yaesu FT-60 Mod Help!!!

G'day guys,
I have recently got into the whole amatuer radio thing and brought meself a yaesu FT-60, Only problem is that i also want to talk on it on other things like truck drivers etc, Is there anything i can do to do this?

Wont let me view it,
I believe its the 1 how you remove the resister,
Would this work this the Australian model because it says US on the site's?
