The AAA farm league for the New York Yankees has relocated to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania. I was wondering if anyone has any tail numbers to the MLB Yankees charter plane, and also any other tail numbers that the Yankees are known to use. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'll take the Red Sox freqs please. Especially, since as I'm posting this, the Red Sox' plane is on the way to Boston from California with Daisuke Matsuzaka and his agent Scott Boras. Looks like they got him signed.

After spending $51-million just to talk to him and probably another $100-million or so to get him signed, I hope we have something to celebrate. Otherwise, it could turn out to be the worst signing in baseball history...well, at least since a certain Yankee third baseman for a quarter of a billion bucks.

For the Yankees charters, they used COA1908 last season, along with ATA for a couple of flights. It was not one designated plane, but a different plane each time, usually 738's, and 752's for the bigger games and the playoffs. As for any private planes, I'm not sure.
