I am here playing with my new toy. A General Dynamics R2625c monitor with P-25 capabilities. There are only a few departments in the area that are P-25, so I picked Yonkers P.D. channel 2 453.275. I am decoding them OK, but every once and a while, and actually quite often, I see that the monitor is receiving a signal, but not decoding it. Has anyone determined if they are switching to encryption at times? I tried listening to Greenburg P.D. and don't seem to be having the same problem, but did notice that their TX deviation is around 9kc.
