I am looking for what i need to have for the Canadian county, Yukon city of...

Does anyone have a file win500 that is already to go?

I would rather use something that is working the ponder how to set up the file.

Unfortunately, you can't listen to them with a scanner. They are on the OKC EDACS system, using ProVoice digital audio which no scanner can decode.

You *can* listen to the OKC system, but you won't be hearing any public safety departments, just more mundane things like utilities, which are still using analog audio.
