Help identify tower manufacturer?

I recently took management of a tower site, and one of the guyed towers has no documentation. Can anybody help identify this? I find no markings at the base.

This one is 110 feet.
Bottom 5 sections are 20 footers, top section is a 10 footer.
18" face ( 17 5/8 on centers )
Legs are 1 1/8" Diameter
Braces are 5/8"

I have no clue what the tower is, but I'd cover up that hole that the coax goes into.

EXACTLY, "fill here"...... the end of the plastic conduit needs to be covered. I may already too late.

Might be a PiRod.

Contact them, I would think they would have records for the tower if they were the ones that built it. If not they may be able to point you in the correct direction.
