Radioshack Pro-106 Scanner TRADE for Pro-197 or similar

I have a Pro-106 handheld digital scanner that has been on my radio feed for several years. I've acquired two Pro-197's and am looking to trade the Pro-106 for another Pro-197. Does not have to be in perfect condition but must work appropriately. Pro-106 does not have battery cover/holder or antenna, since it has been in base setup with power supply. Located in Northeastern KY
