As some here already may know, the Consumer Electronics Show is this week. Granted, Radio Reference is more scanner specific and CES isn't . However, over the years their have been exhibitors, like GRE, that have products of interest to folks here.
Personally, I am still sort of casually watching whatever new off-network communications devices will be on display. I have posted before about Beartooth, GoTenna, Gotoky, and Sonnet. I do think that there is a need to be filled. A device, that will connect via Bluetooth to your smartphone, that will give you off-network voice and texting for about a mile or so, would be quite handy.
What would you like to see at CES 2018? What do you think the focus will be at CES 2018?
