Henderson county is now all digital and mainly encrypted. hope when the new sheriff goes in some will be un encrypted. you can still hear dispatch.

The database for the Buncombe county system is here:

https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=7152

That listings lists:

Fire Alert (154.815)
Fire Disp (155.610)

The rest is here:

https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=1897

If these are wrong and/or not in use, they may have stopped using conventional (only speculation).

If these don't work and you still believe they should be on conventional channels, best probably to run a limit search to locate them.
