During Ottawa Race Weekend there was an inordinate amount of activity on P25 TG 2721 (encrypted) on late saturday/sunday, which may be Paramedic special ops; just a guess as it doesn't seem to correlate with anything else.

Just a side note, are Ottawa EMS still on EDACS?

Assuming you mean special ops, TG 725-732 (EMS1-8) they appear to be gone from EDACS.
Another post mentioned they are ENC on P25. High level of activity on P25 TG 2721 during Ottawa
Race Weekend suggests that might be one of them.

The Paramedic Service has returned all of the old EDACs portables. Spec Ops is on P25, encrypted. The 2721 guess is probably accurate because Race Weekend used them heavily.
Folks are having a hard time adjusting to digital.
