im having trouble programming a bc296d scanner ive found that you can only do one site per bank with 100 ids per bank. so with this in mind, with arc250 importing from radio reference database you choose one site, with say 6 frequencies, then choose 100 tgids and import to bank 1 and so on. everything uploads to the scanner, but when it finds a channel thats in use it toggles between frequencies and cut out on the in use tg. what am i doing wrong

do you have ANY priorities activated... That would do it
it automatically puts a priority in the first slot on each bank. if there is a way t disable that im all ears
Just press the priority button to cycle priority scanning mode on or off. Pg 21 of the manual.
