Only kind of kidding because I’ve heard things have gone way down since UPmans passing. I wouldn’t expect things to get much better either as the scanner market is pretty much wrapping up nationwide. I wish you good luck with your concerns.

The last time I pushed a concern up the ladder I addressed it to corporate offices in Texas. It was pre-pandemic. I did get what I had asked for, and they gave it to me free of charge for all the aggravation I had to deal with. But even after that, Uniden never created a parts dept. All I wanted to do was buy a spare exterior case, front and back, including the keypad and display window for the BCD 436HP. I still have that spare kit and the radio!

I am presently dealing with an issue. I keep pushing. I keep calling(and e-mailing) them back. My issue has already been escalated, but not to management. I am biding my time praying I don't have to go to management. For an otherwise simple issue.

The above experience of both Mr. Hayasaki, and Mr. Sullivan. Is from their LinkedIn pages. As for the description at the top, that is on the Uniden website. The only way for both of them to be there, is if. Mr. Hayasaki is no longer President, yet. He is still the CEO. Just that the supposed change was not noted on Mr. Hayasaki's page.
