I'm monitoring 1.3 (Mariposa) with DSD fastlane and had the following pop up earlier tonight in red.

BEE00.9D2-1.3 neighbor: Site BEE00.9D2-1.5; CC=1-1928 774.05625 ISOLATED

Immediately followed by

BEE00.9D2-1.3 neighbor: Site BEE00.9D2-1.5; CC=1-1770 773.06875 ISOLATED

The in blue

BEE00.9D2-1.3 neighbor: Site BE00.9D2-1.5; CC=1-1928 774.05625

This is my 1st sighting of ISOLATED and am wondering how to interpret this action within the system. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
There was likely some sort of issue with Site 5 that made the controller switch control frequencies. Maybe the physical radio went down, or it determined there was interference on the frequency (either the output or input). Or it was a purposeful change by the system admin of control frequency.

Site 29 (Mt. Lukens) is showing a new neighbor - site 75 with cc 769.95625

Anyone in SoCal area able to copy site 75?

I know they were in the process of adding a San Pedro/Palos Verdes site, so not sure if this is it.

Solid signal in NW Orange County. My UT instance is not decoding it right now so it's probably in test mode. Might be running drive testing during the week for coverage mapping. My bet would be the Rolling Hills site that Cal OES had spoken of a few years back. If it's the case, this will definitely help with coastal coverage to the south.

I've added Truckee CHP, Lincoln Mountain, and June Mountain to the DB.

Lincoln Mountain and June Mountain do not appear to be connected to the system yet.

I might just program the system in my P800 with the Region 6 Mutual Aids. Might be some intersting traffic in the future.

What's the source? Some of those are planned sites, but many of them I haven't heard of. I don't think any of them are "active".

Multiple sources including but not limited to, outage reports, maps, FCC applications, meeting notes, etc.

As officer_415 mentions, that list is largely of planned (or hoped for) sites. I have seen a similar large list from the state where they list a a ton of potential sites which they are reviewing, seeking leases, checking on power needs, applied for etc.
Not all will become reality, and many could be years away.

Take a look at the Upcoming Planned CRIS Outages spreadsheet, if they are listing an outage at a site that would seem (to me) to indicate that the site is/was online at some point.

Edit: It should be noted that some of the sites listed in that document are console sites, the ones at the top of a mountain are obviously not.

CRIS Site 75 appears to be up and running now in P25 mode. I'll be sitting on it now with UT to see what I can collect. Appears to be carrying LA area CHP talkgroups. Still thinking it's Rolling Hills (Palo Verdes area)

Yes I can confirm that I can also receive Site 75. I have added to the Db.

We will need to carefully confirm the location, as CRIS notes list planned future sites in San Pedro and Rolling Hills.

The San Pedro site likely provides better coverage over South LA, Long Beach and down into OC, while Rolling Hills more for the South Bay, and along the coastline up towards Malibu.

Might require some sleuthing around to check reception.

Thanks for the pointer to the link! It seems to have been updated to 2026 as has the URL

Did you hear CHP audio or is your conclusion based on reading into other data? If audio was it on the two listed voice channels?
VC: 773.28125 and VC: 774.31875

Thanks!
