I think they may be on TG 10109. I have seen a lot of encrypted traffic on there recently. I believe 10116 is SCSO, which has been active as well.

You're right, I am only hearing Rotterdam units now on any of the county PD analog channels.

From what I have been told, 1 dept will begin testing on the system very shortl and once testing has been completed, it will roll out to all agencies shortly there after. I have not yet heard any activity on any of the channels yet.
