Go to the Audio Control - Monitor & Test tab then click the Loopback box. Select an audio service 1st. If not using any audio services then just pick one such as Recorders. The Recorders or any audio service has to be setup.

My Windows version(Win 11) shows "Save" and not "Open". The title "New ProScan Database File" is correct so it looks like you're in the right area. In the "File name:" box, type in a name then click on Open. What Windows version are you using?

Good info. You do not have a database file open. See post #25 and Follow the instructions exactly.

A picture is like a thousand words so I would lean how to do screenshots. Google it. It sounds like you don't have a file opened. See post #25 and try opening a new file again.

Let's keep it here so others can chime in especially if it's a network issue. The network guru's may have suggestions or know the solution.
