I've been logging and a certain system for a few months now. Figuring out TGs and UIDs through the record playback feature, it's been working great. But lately the playback is not working. The program is up to date. The recorder is turned on. It's still logging correctly but when I hit play .....nothing. The playback bar doesn't even move. Any ideas? Thanks

I’d guess you don’t have an active audio connection in the audio/recorder tab.
I've went through the steps to connect audio via Audio Control tab ....it seems to be connected to the correct IP address. In fact, when I go to URL Setup (which is not blinking red) then go to Auto Detect IP it recognizes my SDS200. Same as always .... idk.

Can you go to the File Explorer and see if you can playback the files there.

Ok. But with all due respect, from a "user's" point of view and not knowing the interworking's of another man's software. I saw TX Bytes and RX Bytes changing a number value every few seconds.... I figured everything was fine and running. So, as a lowly "user" and not an admin administrator how would I have known it wasn't incrementing?
Yes, I been through the list the best of my ability.
1. Restart the scanner. Yes, dozens of times
2. Latest firmware. As mentioned above. Yes
3. Insure no other apps ect....... Yes, I'm not running any other scanner software i.e. (Butel ARC)
4. Disable the IP then reenable. Yes, dozens of time.
6 Don't use AVG Antivirus. I never purchased any AVG Technologies products or any other aftermarket like products for this computer
7. Check your Antivirus....... Yes, the antivirus software that came with this computer.... is turned off

Because it's a very low count. If it was passing audio data, it would be in the millions.
On #3, you changed it. I was referring to VLC or another program that uses the ethernet audio.

if you don't mind me saying this, I would double and triple check your antivirus software. If seen a few times after about checking the 10th time "Oh I didn't know that I had this antivirus or internet security program running"
