Setup Problem With Zadig.exe

I am try to setup my NOOELEC Dongle and I need to go to Zadig.exe And Pick out of the list Bulk-In -Interface (Interface 0), But when I click on Show all devices Bulk-In -Interface (Interface 0), does not showup in the list. It did show up the first time I tried Zadig.exe but I needed to reinstall it again and now Bulk-In -Interface (Interface 0) does not show up in the list anymore. Any help Apreaciated.

Do you see something like this?

"Select “Bulk-In, Interface (Interface 0)” from the drop down list. Ensure that WinUSB is selected in the box next to where it says Driver.
(Note on some PCs you may see something like RTL2832UHIDIR instead of the bulk in interface. This is also a valid selection)."
