I am somewhat new to Digital scanners and I can't seem to receive CFD. I'm not far from Chicago (maybe 25 miles) and from what I can tell I have the correct freqs., and still nothing. Any suggestions ???

I have gotten word from a few of the CFD members I'm friends with that the entire bank of CFD Radios are being renumbered, with the TAC channels being split to North and South channel banks. One will be the Bravo bank, the other Charlie bank. I do not believe they are moving to P25 as of yet...
