dsd setup

I have tried decoding digital signals using dsd+ but i get no sound output even if input and output are set true i have tried using sdrpp sdr sharp with and without plugins three different computters and also didnt find information about this

Download the USA or Canada license data file (links in notes.txt file) to the DSDPlus directory. Rename the file to FreqList.csv Does this mean to rename the file without unzipping it? Everything in the file is already .csv This is for a Kenwood NXDN system, if that matters. Thanks
