    Recommend Incident Paging Service

    Can anyone with experience subscribing to the various national and regional incident paging or notification services suggest which might be the best for the Phoenix metro area? Some of the service Web sites seem out of date or abandoned or not really providing Arizona alerts. Thank for your help.
